• All smurfs are in mint condition unless otherwise described in the individual item description. Bargain section smurfs are inferior condition smurfs and prices reflect this.
• Returns: If you wish to make a return then please contact us first. We are happy for customers to return items within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund only if they are in original packaging, unopened and resaleable.
• In the event of returns being made due to our error, we will pay the return postage costs. Customers are responsible for postage costs where items are returned for any other reason.
• Please note that import duties may be charged on orders over a certain amount if the customer is in a country which is not part of the EEC, if in doubt please contact your local customs & excise office for more details.
